Here are the steps you will need to do:
- 🖨️ Download & print off the registration for on gov.ie/registered-pet-sellers (direct download here )
- 📝 Complete your parts the form, sign and date
- 🏠 Have your vet inspect your premises and complete their parts the form, sign and date
- 📷 Take photos of the 8 pages of the form
- ✉️ Send a photograph of 8 pages of the form to the Department by emailing

- 🕐 Wait approximately 3 working days to get your Registered Sellers ID back by email.
- ⏩ Share the cert with the dogs.ie (
[email protected]
) team to have it added to your profile.
How long does the registration last?
Once you are registered you will remain on the register for 12 months, unless you request your removal.

A calendar year runs from January 1st through to December 31st.
